Santa Fe Ranch Furniture - Stay Away!
I wanted to buy a bed from Santa Fe Ranch. I called them to ask simple questions like when it would be shipped, how it would be shipped, and the price (supposedly it was on sale for a lower price than the internet price). The person who answered the phone (Jackie) most of the time could not answer these questions and took a message each time. I was very patient with her as she explained that this was not her normal job. I called three times over 5 days and also emailed the questions. I got a call back from the owner (Gwen) and she didn't answer the questions about shipping. She only said she's up in my area a lot and could probably drop it off if I'm not too far out of the way. She was having an unusual situation at the time, so I let her go thinking that she would call me back and explain the shipping. Eventually, they emailed me pictures of a bed that was not the right bed and asked if that was the one I wanted. Keep in mind that I have told them the name and sku of the bed several times by this point. After that I called yet another time and Jackie answered. I started to explain about how I was starting to look for the bed elsewhere because I needed the bed by a certain time for my wife's birthday and was there anyone there that could answer my questions. Then the owner picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me how I was a "problem customer", that I shouldn't be rude to her employees (I never once rasied my voice or talked in a rude manner), that she was bending over backward for me, and then hung up on me. Talk about the kettle calling the pot black - who's the rude one? In summary, if you want to know the price of what you're buying, how it will get to your house, or even if you're going to get the same product you want, stay away from Santa Fe Ranch!
