Went in for oil change 2016 soul, the assistant service manager did not correct my mistakenly get the wrong oil for my vehicle! manufacturer required synthetic oil.

Yes I okayed yet it should have been pointed out to me I needed synthetic.

I over paid for tires because needed badly yet was charged for balance and rotation!!??? Never will go back again
