My credit wasn't that good but Sansone promised they would get me in a car. It took over a month of running back and forth with paperwork.They put me in a car that had damage to the side door when we asked about it the Finance manager he told me it's a used car I need to expect things like that. The loan is finally approved then again they need deposit slips. Because those checks were not always deposited the bank wanted more proof of the income . The company I get the checks from veirfied the income till the day I die, now that's not good enough for the bank. I get a call from the finance manager saying another bank picked up the loan I had to come back down and sign the other papers. When I get to Sansone the finance manager tells me with the new banks car payment will now be $200.00 more. I said NO I wouldn't pay that amount this finance manager started getting loud and nasty. There are plenty other car dealers stay away from Sansone they keep you sitting in the show room for hours and then they lie to you!

Ruined my perfect credit

I returned my leased Altima one month early after much pressure from constant calls from Route 66 Automall.With only one payment left on my lease,I was assured the last payment would be made in a timely manner.I bought a new car,only to discover months later they never made that last payment until nearly 2 months later and destroyed my credit score.I have called several times and was told someone was going to call me back.Never happened.I am currently disputing them,but I will never go back there even though I Have another car lease expiring soon.They are the WORST dealership I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.I am trying to refinance my mortgage and they have pretty much ruined that for me,refusing to acknowledge they screwed up.I Am Pissed!

Preferred solution: Admit dealership error and submit service request 1-489-0400061 as per Nisson-Motor Acceptance Corp. and remove negative and false information from my credit report.Car was returned on 8-13-14 and payment was not made by Sansone until 9-24-14.

The Absolute Worst Experience

Let me just preface this review with the fact that this is truly my first ever time writing review. I find this important because honestly I have never found the need to actually write a review. This place really was the worst though. We went there over Memorial Day weekend and I truly believed we would be in for an awesome experience. Boy, was I wrong! We dealt mainly with the Mazda dealership and they were just the worst. Downright mean, sketchy, and un-engaging. Our salesperson was named Joseph. He was extremely nasty and really needed major anger management help. He was consistently snapping at my husband and was very condescending. This really should have been my first clue. They had given us an online quote which ended up being completely off ( read next paragraph). Then as we went for a test drive and Joe decided that stopping at the stop sign wasn't important. We were soo close to getting into an accident it was ridiculous. Joe instead of being apologetic began to yell and scream obscenities at the other driver. Joe honestly needs to be fired. In regards to their policies, the entire Sansone Auto Mall is very unethical and are a complete scam. Their MSRP price is not really the price of the car because of the extra "specials" on the car which they don't tell you about until your about to sign a contract. Then you conveniently find out that someone "forgot" to put the extra sticker on the car you were looking at. This was just craziness to us as most MSRPs include all specials in the price. So when we found out about this extra sticker, we decided it was time to leave. As we were walking towards the door, Joe decided to go to one of the other salespeople and talk about us in front of us! I just couldn't believe the audacity. Never in my life have I seen this kind of behavior. If I could I probably would give this dealership negative stars. Please, please do not waste your time. There are so many better car dealerships around. This place needs to be shut down and Joe needs to be fired.

Sansone Auto Mall

Will never set foot in Sansone's again. We did our homework on a new Sienna. After driving it we got down to business. 2 people sat across for us, 2 stood behind us, and 2 next to us. We stated a fair price and they got all upset saying we were stealing from them. We definitely felt like they were trying to intimidate us. They weren't including a factory discount that we were eligible for. They were trying to keep it. We went to Crystal Auto Mall and got the same van for $80 less and they were extremely easy to work with and mentioned the discount up front. We just got our second car from them. Sansone continues to call and email when I've requested numbers time to stop. I just called again to get them to stop calling me and they disconnected me when I called them they left me on hold for 5.5 mins only to tell me they couldn't find the person.

PAUL LOOPEZ service advisor (he need advise from someone), is rude and Mean. He needs lots of attitude adjustments and he is a racist. Good luck if you have to deal with him.


:roll Sansone is a joke! They are very rude and unprofessional. The receptionist needs an attitude sorry my phone call interrupted your day.


I am not surprised at all. Had the same experience.
