Did not receive correct order, not responded to two inquires
I placed two seperate orders for a specific plush (rainworld lizard) and ordered two of each type. I was shipped one of each plush.
I have sent two different inquiry requests to Sanshee (one week apart), and after two weeks I have heard nothing from their customer service reps.
I want my $74 back or (ideally) the plushies I ordered. They were intended as gifts and my kids were really looking forward to them.
