I have enjoyed Sandy's Estate sales so much these past four years, I began working for her! I have witnessed her professional demeanor, integrity, caring heart over and over again.
She has been in business for 8 years serving the community she lives in and loves. The staff and I also live in Fallbrook and have taught and enjoyed our clients and customers for years. I have read some complaints about staff I hold an MA degree, have been live scanned and fingerprinted and taught in this community since 1989, I know that Sandy is extremely careful in who she hires and goes to great lengths to train us in confidentiality and correct inventory methods, receipts and customer service. I see Sandy go above and beyond to assist clients and customers with their questions, needs, etc.
She is about family and caring.
Her sales are high quality with excellent ads on estatesales.net and signs that make finding us easy. I highly recommend using Sandy's Estate Sales if you are looking to down size, have a death in the family, or are liquidating or relocating.

Excellent company. I used them and highly recommend them.
Honest, great staff. They do a superb job. End of sale detailed reports.
Professional company. Five stars.
Rude employees, over priced items, hard to find location
I went to the last sale event on May 8, 2015 in Fallbrook, CA. When I finally found it, there was no place to park. I had to park a mile down the road. When I asked about a certain item, the employees were rude. After a customer left, the employees were making fun of her and laughing. I wondered what they would say about me when I left..
The items were priced too high but they were organized nicely. Most of the stuff was junk. The large ticket items they advertised were not available anymore. They said these items were already sold. (I got there around 10am on the first day of the sale).
I did find one item which was priced reasonably, and later found out it was worth $1,000.00! I'm glad they don't know what they are doing. What a deal!
- Everthing had price tags
- Great location
- Items were organized
- Hours open were limited
- Difficult to find help
- Hard to find location

Sandy's Estate Sale is not a good company to work with. They didn't give my mom a list of her items to sell and didn't give her the sold item list.
Things were missing from her jewelry and they broke a blue vase that was from my grandmas estate. I was disappointed by the total money my mom received. We could of done the same thing as a garage sale and made more money. This company ripped my mom off for over $5,000.
I suggest you check for a business license, and ask for proof of insurance before you hire anyone to come into your house.
Their employees were questionable and sloppy. They looked like they were on *** or drug addicts.
I wouldn't be surprised if they all were doing drugs. I would never let these people into my home again.
Preferred solution: Warn other people about Sandy's Perfect Find bad business practices
Sandy Brown owner of an estate sale company in fallbrook, ca, stole my property.
I hired Sandy Brown to do my estate sale when my mom died in Jan, 2014. I was in a hurry to sell all my moms things from the house to pay for funeral and bills.
I trusted her. When she went through the house, some of the items became missing? I asked her but she said she didn't remember them. Then, when we had the estate sale, she hired some of her friends who looked like they were doing drugs, with tattoos on their arms and necks.
It was unorganized and the money was left out in the open for everyone to see. Her daughter was there too, what a brat! She is 12 and acts like a 2 year old. Sandy was paying more attention to her daughter then the sale.
At one time, there were so many people that I'm sure some of them walked away without paying for their items.
The sale didn't net us what we wanted. So many items missing, stolen, or damaged that we had to take care of. The house was left in a mess, no trash pick up, no one to clean up afterwards except me.
Don't hire anyone unless they can prove they have a license and are bonded and insured for this type of business. Don't let your property out of your site. Keep everything where you can see it.
Better yet, do the estate sale yourself! Much less heartache.
- Local business
- Unorganized
- Stole my moms jewelry
- Untrustworthy
Preferred solution: Just don't let this happen to anyone else.
Review
I went to one of Sandy's estate sales. When I walked up to the house a woman immediately announced to me that everything was 50% off as of 5 minutes ago.
Another woman with an old top on with 1/2 sleeves, and tattoos peeking out from under the sleeves, kept repeating everything the other woman said real loudly and quickly. I thought she was a strange customer, but was surprised to learn she was an employee. After looking through the whole house, I found a Coach purse, and a tiny cheap coin purse, and went to pay for them. Of course the coin purse was reduced from $3 to $1.50, but then they told me the Coach purse wasn't 1/2 off and I had to pay $72.
They said they made a mistake and were sorry. There was another person that wanted this purse too, so I think they knew they could get more for it. I told them they had said Everything was 1/2 off and should honor what they said. I also said that was odd because there were things here more expensive and they were 1/2 off, so why was the coach purse, and then she said it wasn't because the coach purses were on their eBay store and in high demand.
I insisted they honor what they said, and one of them left and came back a minute later and said they could go down to $50, but not $36 which was half price. I bought it but felt they lied, because they knew there were two of us that wanted it.
I went home and searched their eBay site and did not find a single coach purse.

Sandy's Perfect Find/Estate liquidators is an excellent example of how an Estate sale company should be run. I was in a mess and could hardly think clearly when I had a death in my family this year. My sisters Attorney gave her a business card of an Estate sales company. So we called the number. Sandra answered the phone and we set up an appointment with her.
She came over and explained her process very well. We signed her service agreement.
we set the dates for the sale.
Sandy and her professional staff came in and sorted, organized. Priced everything and display things so lovely.
The first day of the sale there was a crowd of buyers lining up to get in. Well this happened everyday after that. Sandy's perfect find Gallery/estate sale liquidators did a fantastic job for us. You could see the signs for our sale all over town. They made us more money than we could have ever done. When the sale was over they cleaned up so nicely. We got our end of sale report. All was in perfect order. She gave us 1st class service. The company knows there business. The staff was so nice. Very nice ladies. They go the extra mile. They really helped us through a difficult time. Thank you Sandy's perfect find gallery/estate sale liquidators. Very honest, reliable company.
This company stole my mothers jewerly.
My mother hired them to do an estate sale for her. My mom discovered some of her jewelry was missing.
The sales staff that Sandy hired looked like drug users with tattoos on their arms and they dressed like they were homeless. The sale was unsuccessful because they were unorganized, and didn't put up good signs. What a waste of time. The first day we had only 20 people show up.
The pricing was too high and they didn't even clean up the stuff before the sale. If you want something done right, I say DO IT YOURSELF!
I don't know what else was stolen, but my mom was so upset, she cried for days.
Preferred solution: The company should close its doors before they get sued for unethical business standards and stealing from customers.
Estate Liquidator scammed me!
I went to the advertised estate sale represented by Sandy's Perfect Find Gallery/Estate Liquidation on Nov 9, 2013 in Fallbrook, CA. The signs were hard to find and I got turned around a few times. Thank heaven I have a gps in my car.
The sale was disorganized, no prices on most items, no one around to help or answer questions, and items were in bad shape and dirty. Some of the good items were marked SOLD, but i found out later that the employees were going to buy them.
When I did find something I wanted, they would not bargain with the price and were rude.
It was a total waste of my time. I will never again go to her sales.
Rental Homes
They require a deposit of $190.00, then they give you a list of available properties. We found out the homes are not available for rent.
They gave us pictures of homes from Craigslist and told us to go by the homes first, then they will have the homeowners contact us to see the inside. No one ever called us back. Can't get a straight answer from them. They won't give us our deposit back of $190.00.
We never did find a home through them. We believe they do not have any properties for rent. They take your money and give you out-dated rental information. You lost your money which you really need right now and you have nothing to show for it.
Your right back where you started before you contacted them.
They advertise on craigslist.
Unlicensed, Uninsured, Not Bonded
This company is owned by Sandy Brown. Her business is not licensed, no insurance and not bonded.
That means you have no recourse against her if your valuables are stolen or missing from your home. If one of her employees is hurt or injured on your property, they can sue you and your homeowners insurance. Her employees are not bonded, which means there is no background check or criminal report done on them. She has been sued in civil and small claims court at Superior Court of California, County of San Diego and lost.
You can view this at their website. She doesn't give you an itemized list of your property. She takes the most valuable items to "list on ebay" but doesn't pay you for them when they sell. She has thrown away or donated my belongings without my knowledge.
If she likes something of yours, she will keep it herself and never pay you for it. She lies, steals, and is dishonest in her business dealings.
I know this for a fact. I used to work for her but after I saw how she handled her business, I quit.
