I too went to this sale and I had a great experience and spent A LOT of money because the deals were GREAT. I bought a purse but I got it on the first day so no 1/2 price for me but it was a great deal anyways.

When I got home and looked up the brand new purse I bought, it was a $300 purse and I got it at Sandy's sale for $65. WHAT A DEAL. I also buy from her online store and she is very professional. I think you may have made a mistake about thinking she had purses online at the time you looked.

What she does is if the purses don't sell at the sale, she then puts them online and can make even more for her clients than she does at the sale. Im sure it was a lack of communication with her staff members. They are all so gracious and helpful. Not sure WHY you mentioned you saw a tattoo on a staff member?

What does that have to do with anything?

Shame on you for judging someones appearance.

I always look forward to Sandys Perfect Find Estate Sales. Great treasures at great prices.

Everything is nicely displayed and all her employees are so nice and helpful.

And the informative emails gives you a heads up on what great finds to look for.

Mick, I went to a sale She was running in Fallbrook and was very pleased with how friendly the ladies are and deals to be had. her on line adds with pictures are SO helpful in making it a eager treasure hunt.

Hi, I would like to let everyone who read the comment above know that I am a member of Sandy's staff. I am her assistant and I am extremely upset from this post that was posted by her sister who has mental problems that are not addressed.

Her sister has posted more than one of these false complaints stating that she or a family member hired us to do sales and that we stole from them. She has made these complaints under the name "Debra Braun Anderson" ( Sandy's sister) and also complaints under the name "Donnababyandme" have been made (we haven't figured out yet if she is using 2 aliases or having a friend post as well) either way, the complaints are 100% false. If you read the complaints, you will see that she has made HUGE mistakes such as she posted one saying how bad we are and all the wrong and dishonest things we do and that she would never use us again and then a month later, she posted another complaint with a sale date of a couple months later stating that we ripped her family off, stole but yet she hired us again? It just doesnt make sence, does it?

Now why would anyone rehire a company twice after the complaints she or they made? She is an angry person and she will continue to post these false claims and accusations about Sandy until she is stopped. She does not want Sandy to succeed. Sandy's business has always been so successful and we want to keep it that way.

It tears us apart each time we read a comment by her sister trying to destroy what we LOVE to do. Our work is our passion. We meet so many amazing people through this business and they ALL trust us completely. When our job is done, these people remain in our hearts and thoughts forever.

We form such an amazing bond with each person and their family members as will. We take pride in our work and I must toot our horn and say we do a good job!. Sandy is an OUTSTANDING woman, she is honest, kind, compassionate and would NEVER take advantage, steal or even think to have an unorganized sale, nor would she hire a dishonest person or a thief. Her staff is chosen of people with the same morals and values of herself.

As for her sister comments about myself and the rest of her staff, let me assure you that we do not use drugs, we are not homeless nor do we dress homeless and we do not have tattoos all over our arms. Not saying that tattoos are bad, just saying Sandy nor her staff members happen to have any.

If any of you read the complaint above and it has made you choose not to inquire about using us afterall, (Sandysperfectfindgalley) I would be grateful if you would email Sandy at her contact info on her website (email) and let her know how and if the above complaint made you look elsewhere for another Estate sale company. Not only has her sister committed a crime but so has the companies that she posts her fraudulent complaints on.

These companies are "pissed consumer" and "rip off report" It is very hard, almost impossible to get these removed, they are there permanentely but we are working on a class action lawsuit. But please only do this if this is the case.

Donna, I just read your review and I must say you are wrong. I too went to this sale and the signs were GREAT.

They were the best professional signs that I have seen in San Diego county and I go to all estate sales I can. The house where the sale was was an immaculate house and there was not ONE thing dirty or out of place. Everything had a price tag that was for sale! If items said sold or not for sale, they were the items the homeowner was taking with her.

I know this because I know the home owner personally. She is moving out of state and several items she was taking with her so the staff was instructed to put not for sale on them. I shared your complaint with the home owner and she said that the staff member did NOT buy anything from her sale so I dont know where you got your information. For you to say that items were dirty and there were not prices on items was misleading and fair.

I thought the staff was great. They were so friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to Sandys perfect find gallery sales. I had to laugh about you getting lost too because i have never seen so many large print professional signs leading to a sale as I did for this sale.

Sandy Brown is a wonderful person and professional business woman. I know countless people who have used Sandy's PERFECT FIND GALLERY.

I encourage everyone who reads her sisters posts to disregard them. If I thought for one second that there was an ounce of truth to her accusations I would not be posting this comment.

She will continue to post negative complaints until the website that is allowing her to do so is held accountable for allowing this action.

I encourage everyone who needs to have an estate sale or items sold on EBAY to use Sandy Brown. You will never find someone and honest, reliable and dedicated as she is.

In addition I have lived in the community we serve since 1989. I have had dealings with Sandy as the seller, the buyer, and as an employee. She is honest, she deals fairly from every angle, she does indeed keep an inventory and pays absolutely the week she is paid. Sandy has a perfect rating on her ebay store, is often recommended through word of mouth due to her amazing work ethics.

Sandra Brown is one of the most honest people on the planet. Her drug addicted sister Debbie Braun Anderson posted this to harm her.

Sandra had tryed to help her sister. She moved her into her home to help her get sober after debbie had lost her home due to her drug addition. Debbie could not stay sober. After many attempts to get her into treatment.

Sandra had to ask her to leave. Debbie is very angry. Still using drugs and will not get help. Sandra's family has been through a nightmare.

She does not want me to post this information. I can't beleive this website will let anyone put such information out there with out knowing the real truth. Drug addicts can't see the truth. They must blame others and try to hurt there familys instead of getting help.

YOU itemize what is taken and listed. No auction house accepts responsibility for stolen items from your house, that is what your insurance is for. And I hate to break it to you, if a stranger falls in your yard they can sue you.
