So many times I take my vehicle in and of course I have it at the wrong spot. This time I asked and they said yes.., But no they went ahead and did the oil change and then with out telling me that couldn't do the service they sent it to the next department...I had to go and see what was going on with my vehicle. They put me to the back of the service live even though I was early to my appointment. 1 month ago my brakes were fine,,all of a sudden they weren't. He didn't even show me on the the old brakes. I am so tired of arrogant ***

They lie and keep your car way too long for a repair

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Versa from Sandy Sanding in Pensacola. They salesperson told me Nissans were every bit as reliable as Hondas.

My Honda has no mechanical issues until 130,000 and they were minor. My car was never in the shop over a day. It was still reliable at 175,000. The Nissan Versa broke down at 75,000 miles from a bad starter.

Sandy and Bubbas in Milton is holding my car for a week because they dont have a starter for it and have to order one. I live alone and can not get to a rental place. This means I am riding a trike to and from work in rush hour traffic, in high heat indexes with heat pouring out from the engine and in the rain. It is very dangerous!

I came home with heat exhaustion yesterday.

I purchased the car to be safe, reliable transportation to and from work. If I wanted to use my trike as a back up vehicle I would have kept the Honda!

I have never had to have a vehicle in a shop for a week.

Not even an engine replacement! Sansing lies about the quality of Nissans and is incompetent at quickly servicing what they sell.

Preferred solution: I want my car fixed and back to me today along with an apology and waive of my $100 co pay for the repair.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy Nissans and don’t trust Sandy Sansing yo do timely repairs

To report exorbitant charge for inside air filter for Nissan Murano!!!!

Requested in cab filter change which I have done before. I was charged $66!! And the filter cover was misplaced. Was there for standard checkup and a recall issue. Senior on fixed income cannot afford $66 for minor change. 2012 Murano. Please advise. Thank you. Loyal customer

TERRIBLE CAR

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima used with 63K miles. It had been given all scheduled maintenance to that point according to the dealer. While on vacation, I heard some noise and it turns out that our transmission had gone out on the vehicle. I have owned many different brands of vehicles and have NEVER had any such trouble. Not even at over $200,000 miles. Come to find out, Nissan has very little confidence in their own products. Evidently they don't think their transmissions are good beyond 60K miles. And when they install a new one, they only guarantee it for 12K miles!!! I do not have much confidence that their products run well. I will not be getting another Nissan in my life. Neither will my family. I will get this one sold off ASAP. I can't believe that we are out $3,770 because Nissan cannot make a product that works and stand behind it. Richard Rudesill

I purchased a 2019 Rogue in May 27th (Memorial Day) brand new and after 2 months and 1800 Miles windshield Start cracking due to stress crack from bottom passenger site by inside dash board. Contacted Stone Mountain Nissan in GA (dealership), it took them 3 weeks to find out that Nissan U.S.A denied the claim, which means even it’s a manufacturing fault we will not cover it.

Then I talked to GM of Stone Mountain Nissan in GA (dealership) very cold answer that nothing we can do, contact Nissan U.S.A consumer affairs AND TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM NISSAN U.S A.

CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE ARE NOT REPLACING IT BECAUSE IT’S NOT UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH ITS MANUFACTURING FAULT. GIVING ME SUGGESTION TALK TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO HAVE IT FIXED.SO BE PREPARE IF YOU ARE BUYING IT WHAT EVER THEY CLAIM THEY WILL NOT COVER IT AND GIVE YOU SOME EXCUSE OF WEAR AND TEAR AND DENIED IT.DEFINATELY I AM GONA POST MY EXPERIENCE IN LINKED IN ,YOU TUBE, TWITTER, WHATS UP AND LOT OF OTHER WEBSITES
