False promises made by company and poor product
- - The company showed hostility and little empathy toward an elderly client.
- - A staff representative said exit is only possible when she dies.
I am absolutely disgusted by the complete
lack of humanity shown by this timeshare
company. My elderly mother has been locked
in a grueling battle with them, yet they
couldn't care less about her severe health
ailments or the immense financial burden this contract is placing on her.
When we reached out
in desperation, begging for assistance or a realistic exit strategy, we weren't met with customer
servicewe were met with hostility and pure cruelty. A representative actually had the audacity
to make a nasty remark, stating that the only way she could get out of her contract is when she
passes. How utterly awful, heartless, and predatory can a company be?
They do not care about
human suffering, dignity, or the well-being of their clients; they only care about lining their
pockets. Stay far away from these vultures!
