Been an owner for many years and their reservation system keeps getting worse. Online reservation doesn't work, every time you go to book an error message comes up.

Can never get through to them on the phone to make reservations, or you forwarded to an recording telling you to use online booking or to leave a message and they will get back to you within 48 hours. Once the blocks of rooms are put into the reservation system within 10 minutes all are booked.  I have sat for days at exactly 8 am when they open, linked into online reservations and my phone dialing the reservations number continually.  Very upsetting, when you accually get to speak to someone, say they will tell the supervisors but nothing ever changes.  Considering selling my weeks at Sands of Kahana.  Anyone else having trouble getting reservations book?
