I got a telephoto lens and from day 1 it would not focus. I had watched all the videos on how to use it and even got the apps paid and free.
Still no focus. As a former employee as a lens technician as precision camera and lens repair, I know a few things about lenses. I noticed as I turned the focus ring the glass was not moving. As this is how lenses focus by moving glass back and forth I figured it was broke.
All tech shitport said was send a video. I did.
They said we dont get the issue watch the video and learn to use the lens. Avoid sandmarc for the customer shitport
