Scammed by Sandia Title of Alb., NM and Advance Travel Inc Phoenix AZ
I was solicited by phone by Advance Travel and under contract with Sandia Title (found it's a virtual office) to sell my Mexico timeshare from 12/2017 to 8/2018. Unexpectedly, there were tax/fee requirements (paying them by wire to banks in Mexico). Each payment cleared and generated another requirement until I was scammed out of many thousands of dollars. The contract was that as long as you stayed in compliance, there would be no financial loss. The scam was the requirements are nonstop, you run out of money, you default on the contract and they keep it all. Just discovered www.insidethegate.com. Click on SCAMS then click on MEXICO RESALE SCAM and educate yourself. Too late for me!
