No merchandise sand cloud claimed fraud cancellation of my order

I'm not particularly happy. Sand Cloud cancelled my order for $57 for an XL beach blanket.
I find it odd as it was a clearance item. Reason: fraud. Not true. Although you charged me and received my money (no problem), you then cancelled my order and refunded my $57.
So my problem is I cannot buy that item again for $57.
I think this is shady on your end. I will be telling everyone I know what Sand Cloud does to customers, and that is really what you can call a pissed customer.
Preferred solution: My original order for the same price as the clearance.

My whole order delivered to wrong house. Not Sand Clouds fault but it was resolved in less than 24 hours. My kind of cutomer service.

Having trouble processing an order

I am not techy and I was atempting to order on my phone,but was having difficulty. Simply thru my own stupidity about phones, so I attempted to get a real person on the phone, but was repeatedly instructed to use technical avenues which only confused me more.
Finally I tried one more time and managed to get the items order(I think). Also I needed to get an answer about your back packs.
I would have ordered 2 but I did not want them to have a towe sewed in. I have ordered in the past and I will continue to order in the future.

I discovered that they are in San Diego, and it is only 2:30 there, so they should be responding to customers. I found their phone number by Googling it, but it goes directly to voice mail.

Never received my order 3 weeks later. They refuse to resolve issue after multiple means of contact.

Ordered May 30. Still did not receive my items.
Contacted Sandcloud by email, phone and text. Routine response of tracking delays. Tracking says the shipping company is awaiting product from seller on June 4 and then again June 14.
SandCloud does nothing to resolve issue. Excellent product but horrible customer service and delivery.
