The tubular spaghetti I tried again, some of it came out flat, as previously...I buy tubular spaghetti to have tubular!!! I will try again, but so far I believe Ive tried several and had same results, which is somewhat frustrating..We have bought and used this product for years - the recent problems have somewhat dimmed our enjoyment of this product..
The original complaint was because my tubular spagetti didnt stay tubular when cooked, most of it went flat, completely flat!! I bought tubular for it to be tubular..I tried different packs at different times, same result...some spagetti was tubular, majority was flat..
Whilst I appreciated the response, Im not sure if it resolved my tubular problem..I may try tubular spagetti again...just to see if it has improved..Previously I had no problem with this product.
Preferred solution: Some tubular spaghetti that is TUBULAR, not flat
