So San Marcos Dodge refuses to make a simple phone call with us to Ally bank, who held the lease on the car we turned in on May 6th when we purchased our Jeep and is trying to collect twice on the lease end charges, which we paid to the dealer at the time. The dealership actually told us they would not help because they were "busy closing every sale for month end".
So lesson learned that once you buy, they apparently have no use for you. Finance Manager A.P. is supposed to have talked to Ally directly about it weeks ago, but he didn't return two voicemails I left for him and he would not come out of his office to talk to us today. Our rep A.S.
told us both he and Anthony would meet with us today but he was also MIA and didn't answer a text or phone call. I posted to their IG account that it was disappointing to treat customers this way who have purchased two vehicles from them since December, and they responded by blocking me on IG.
They give an image of being a smaller town dealer, but have a remarkable level of seeming contempt for anyone other than a new buyer if you are not buying. Please keep their character in mind when purchasing your next vehicle.
