Terrible customer service

I bought a vehicle with this company. I got a good deal. As far as service or anything else, their customer service sucks. I wish I could say something better, but here it is. Once you buy a vehicle here, they just kick you to the side and give you the run around, you guys gotta do better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! First my sister went her to get her new car. I live in Orange county CA and she had asked me to co-sign for her. I did had some financial questions as to how it was all going to work and how it was going to affect me and a guy got on the phone to answer my questions. I asked if it was possible that my application only be submitted to a limited amount of banks. He said yes.. and he had mentioned the bank where I already have a car loan from. I figured that would work well… I said to him I only want my application submitted to one no more than two banks for comparison on the rate! He said yes we can do that.. I had even asked him to promise. Also I had asked him when he had gotten on the phone if was in the finance dept. and could answer financial questions. He said YES. Come to find out this was the sales man (WILLIAM!!!!) and had no clue what I was talking about or if he was even answering my questions correctly!!!!! Turns out he they ran my credit through many companies that I have to live with for the next 3 years as hard inquiries! I will be contacting the credit bureau about this and or a lawyer. Also they next day aired paperwork that I needed to sign with hardly any directions.. Only sign next to the pink highlighted areas. No one contacted me to go over anything!!! No requested for documentation..Nothing! Finally I was contacted by BOBBY BROWN (MANAGER?????????) in their financial dept. that was rude and demanding! No customer service skills at all! Made me fill as though I didn’t matter at all! As though taking my personal information and running with it was just fine. He wanted me to fax my personal documents to him, which I felt very uncomfortable doing and having my information given out at work. This could have been requested with the paperwork that was next day aired and would have saved allot of time! They need to get it together! I had told him that I wanted to speak to his manager. Then I got a call from Jean Caffimere, who was walking around as he was talking to me. Listened at least to my complaint and said he was going to look into everything and get back to me. Then he actually saw Alex Gonzalez who said that he was the GM (General Manager) and handed him the phone. He sounded like he was really concerned and was going to look into who I had talked to and why my request was not escalated to finance management. He was going to call me back without come.. this was two weeks ago. I explained the issues that I had with BOBBY BROWN and he said that this is not the first time that he has received complaints about him. I still have not heard anything back from ANYONE!!! Do not go here! This dealership has no respect for their customers .. they will say anything to take your money! I will post this anywhere and everywhere I will email it to any one that will possible listen. If you do buy a car here watch them like a hawk!! There are so many dealerships around.. keep looking I guarantee you will find just as good of a deal any where and will be treated better.
