Beware Service Dept.!! Service writer will lie to you!
1 of 5 stars Jan 21, 2014 Beware of the service Dept.!!!! The service writer will lie to you. all they want to do is get as much as your money as they can. They tried to charge me over 400.00 for a 5,000 mile service on my 14 Ultra Limited. I made them show me why it was so much. When he told me they had to oil my clutch cable I knew then they were stealing (my clutch is Hydraulic there is nothing to oil) I said I want to see the owner well it didn't get that far. The actual service cost was no where near 400.00 Dollars (6 qts of Amsoil 1 oil filter and a Visual look over. But on a good note the parts dept.is great! Kudos to Sunny. (Hide)

WORST HARLEY SERVICE EVER
We bought a brand new V-Rod from the San Jacinto Harley location about a year ago. We have also added the chrome grips & pedals. This location is very slow in their service dept. We recently dropped it off to have the 2nd seat put on, yearly maintenance,and to fix a problem with the fuel gauge. We were told they would need the bike 2 days. It has now been a week & 3 days and it supposedly still isnt ready. They have given us an excuse every single day as to why we can't pick it up. We spoke with the service manager (Mark) who could care less about aby complaints and we spoke to the manager of that location which did no good either. When you buy a Harley and pay premium prices you expect good customer service. DO NOT GO TO THE SAN JACINTO HARLER LOCATION BECASUE YOU WILL NOT GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
