Honestly I dont know what kind of mental institution you people hired these officers from cause the way you *** treat people like objects is disgusting, no wonder you got people crossing the border illegally.. walk right in or pay hundreds for emotional abuse, how welcoming of you.. weirdos

Verified ReviewerOne of the immigration officer was rude and express his anger on me.
One of the tall immigration officer asks in relevant question. He gets angry quick.
I was a tourist in San Francisco and got paid return flight ticket and hotel booked. He kept on asking me who am I going to visit.
In the end took me to office. There some details were input in the computer and ask me to visit the country.

Lost bags
I still haven't received my baggage, nobody's calling me or asking me. I had expensive clothes, everything in it, my wife's gifts etc. It just socks, call me at 408.431.2721 to know what happened to me.

I did not get any response. Nobody answer the phone even it was still office hours. I left a message, hoping they will respond on early the next day.

Sfo airport... flight delayed because of construction through September...give me a break, this is May. If you can't plan better than that you should be fired NOW.
