Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Dispute filed by financial institution honored.
Could not find email address so had to write letter after filing dispute with my financial. Received refund but have not been contacted directly by entity involved.
We selected 2 boxes of chicken tenders with fries and 1 bottle of Diet Coke. We paid for our food at a self-service checkout station using my debit card. The screen directed me to remove my card, which I did, picked up the items, and turned toward the exit. Three employees blocked my way and said that the payment didn't go through and insisted that I swipe my card and pay again in order to leave with the food items.
I was sure that the payment had been processed, but I complied. On Sunday, when we had returned to our home in Fresno, I realized that I did indeed pay twice for this purchase.
My financial institution has filed a dispute with Aramark and hopefully, I will receive a refund for the second transaction purchase in the amount of $50.63.
I just want to make the Giants aware of the questionable actions of their contracted concessionaire.

Dont think for a minute that the Oakland days will play a single game at Oracle Park. The disruption will be such that they wont be able to get the game in drone things on the field.

I paid extra for the Giants hats, chose that game because of the hats, walked quickly to the pick up area, asked several people, missed part of the game, all for nothing since the hats were not available when it was listed they were. Can I have a refund?

My name is Carl L. Sanders, Ill make this brief.
My truck was stolen and everything was taken away! Every World Series cap and Championship Baseball cap was stolen. My heart is broken, Ive cried so many times that I cant count. I paid good money for my ball caps and traveled all sorts of places to find them.
Now that they are gone I dont know how to replace them! Can you please help me out, I everything cost money and Im willing to pay for them!
I just need the recourse to get them all over again. Can you please help me, Id love to continue to wear my team Baseball Caps in continuous support of our amazing season.Although my old baseball caps fit my head and my heart quite well.

A friend purchased us two seats as a gift and between that time and the game we needed to change the tickets to wheelchair accessible.
The Giants were very accommodating. I left them a message and had a returned call within an hour and exchanged seats in our account within 2 hours.
Excellent customer service!
