Verified ReviewerSuperior sports section, my main interest, however, impossible to cancel subscrition. There telephones cannot take messages and website is just as bad.
The company should 1. ensure their suggested phone system is operational and 2. make the website more user-friendly.
- Excellant sports section
Preferred solution: Make cancellation more user friendly. As an aside, serious health issues are causing the cancellation. Not requesting any refund.

Verified Reviewer | San Francisco, CaliforniaNo Sunday paper
I don't mind paying $$$ for a Sunday printed and delivered paper. I don't mind that it's a small, tiny version of what it used to be. I DO MIND if, after making these allowances, never get the paper at home and when I call to request duplicate paper, the phone answer machine doesn't recognize my account existence-and there is no person to speak with.
- Keep aware of local news and opinion
- Just cant get it delivered
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Buyer beware if you order printed Chronicle delivery.

Verified Reviewer | San Francisco, CaliforniaNever get paper.
2 of 3 weeks, Sunday paper not delivered. The subscription was paid the day after I placed it, 4 weeks ago, yet when I call their phone system, it has no record of my account. Plus, you can NEVER get a person to talk to.

User's recommendation: Avoid. No wonder they lose readership.
