Verified Reviewer |Your bag policy
- - Philadelphia visitor couldn't bring an 8-inch bag into ballpark.
- - Paid $20 to use a locker; saw others with larger bags and felt uncomfortable.
I am disappointed that you did not respond to my email regarding your bag policy. As an out-of-town visitor (Philadelphia), I was told I could not bring my 8-inch bag into the ballpark.
I had to spend twenty dollars to get a locker. I saw many Padre fans with bags larger than mine walking around. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my bag in a locker as it held identifiable items.
I have been able to carry this bag into other parks, most recently in San Francisco. Not a pleasant experience at your ball field.
- Stupid bag policy
Preferred solution: Full refund
