RUN RUN RUN VERY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They sold me a car that has a list of 18 different things that was wrong with the car and things that are still wrong with car . They have refused to fix this car to make it worth the 15,000.00 cash I gave them. Besides my law suit for Lemon Law under the civilsection 1782. If you buy a car from them and get lemoned it will be your own falt for dealing with them. Besides my law suit they have 6 more cases that are filed with the courts,

I couldn't ask for a better deal

San Diego is full of exciting memories for me. I visited after 8 years of being away and realized a friend needs a car. I stepped into San Diego Auto connection and bought a Toyota Sienna as a gift to a friend. It was a fair bargain and now my friend and his family have a car to move around in. AMAZING! The staff, the process, and the cars are all amazing! I walked onto the lot and was immediately approached by a professional, knowledgeable and helpful salesman. I had multiple cars I was thinking about purchasing for my friend and he helped me through the entire process. I eventually decided the car I wanted to purchase and the staff worked with me on my monthly payment and the economics of the transaction. They were nothing but helpful throughout the entire process! This is the only place I will buy a car!

Simply amazing

There is a place in heaven for San Diego Auto Connection. With amazing offerings in price and maintenance tips, I can bet you will never get a better offer. It took a tremendous research to get satisfied with their offers. When my husband found me a Lexus on the Internet, I thought here goes my day. The staff at San Diego Auto Connection are so efficient and caring. I am driving my car away, one happy lady. There was no high pressure sales. The financing side was obliging to my wants and needs. They made the deal work for me! Come and see San Diego Auto Connection when you are looking for a vehicle. They will make it worth your drive. You remain the best. I highly recommend.

Great people!

My experience at San Diego Auto Connection is they really care about you! Had a great experience! Super place to find a used car, great financing, good customer service and phenomenal follow up after the sale. This team has been together for many years and is really a family-based quality ethical place to do business. I will refer all my friends and family to this establishment. If you’re looking for a quality used vehicle, at a fair price or looking to sell vehicle this is a place to consider and your shopping or selling experience. There are many places to consider when shopping for a vehicle in San Diego just want to be only located in Mission Valley and they pride themselves on getting a customer in and out very quickly. The short experience is state-of-the-art! Leaders in the industry! Literally you could buy a car in less than 45 minutes and Salacar in 20 minutes have all your DMV paperwork done to me on the road enjoy your day.

Bait and Switch

Make sure you watch out for these sharks. They called me onm my Craigslist add to sell my car. I took it in for an appraisal. After some negitiations the manager on duty makes an offer to buy a car which I rejected as too low. They then called me a day later an upped the offer. I scheduled a time to come in on Saturday. When I arrived to complete the deal, that manager that made the offer was conveniently not there. Then another manager swoops in and low balls for 1000 less than agreed to. This was even though the agreed upon price was in their system and the acquisitions associate I had been dealing with was there and backed me. What a bunch of double dealers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS.

SHADY

Everyone here is an underhanded crook! They train their sales team to be shifty and dishonest. All smiles at the start- then rude and belligerent if you come back dissatisfied. they tell you the contract is final & then call you saying you need to come back and pay the registration because they didn't charge you enough. Over $1,00.00 in repair costs just 37 days after I drove the car off the lot. You never talk to the same person twice - but they say they cannot verify for the other persons' conversation with you. DO NOT TRUST THESE THEIVES!!

RACIST CROOKS

The sales team at first seemed very nice but when it came down to buying the car, team became very desperate and pushy. This is a horrible dealership. Save your money and go to the manufacture dealership like Honda, Toyota, Ford etc etc STAY WITH PROFESSIONALS!!! NOT THIRD PARTY DEALER THIEVE CROOKS!!!!! The team members are very rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to go that extra mile to help you out. San Diego Auto Connection the lowest possible score. If you are the reviewer check all the other bad reviews. ALL the bad reviews are a definite SIGN TO WATCH OUT!!!!What a rude group of people here and they appear to just want to rip us off. STAY AWAY!!!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy a car from this place. Please read on for the full story of my unbelievable experience at SD Auto Connection. My husband and I went to buy a car because we got a letter from Capital One saying that we got pre-approved for $35,000 in auto financing and got referred to San Diego Auto Connection. We did not qualify to get the car we wanted so we told them that we will come back later on and all of a sudden they became very desperate and pushy. We ended up buying a car that we did not test drive on the freeway and we only tested at the dealership because they where rushing to close the dealership. They obviously wanted to get rid of us and make money of us, we ended up buying a 2012 Honda Civic hybrid. DERMAN SPEARMAN “SALESMANAGER”, DENNE RANGEL “SALES ASSOCIATE” AND IAN PULU “FINANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGER” ARE THE WORST CROOKS, THIEVES AND LIERS!!!! MAX BROWN he is the General Manager another CROOK!!! and very Racist treated us like TRASH!!!! When closing the deal, sales guy Denne Rangel and finance manager Ian Pulu knew my husband did not speak English very well and my English is okay not that great, he could’ve given us the forms in Spanish noticing the language barrier with my husband and I. Any Professional and decent car sales business knows that!! That’s why they have forms in Chinese, Spanish, French etc language to prevent any issues with they’re clientele, so people could better understand what they sign. Finance Manager Ian Pulu explained to us that if we did not like the car we had to pay $500 dlls restocking fee. We also did not get financed with Capital One because the following day Wells Fargo called me to verify Insurance and that got me even more upset because they lied to us giving us a lean holder that was not Capital One and they never let us know. We went back the next day to take the car back because we did not like it, it was to slow on the freeway. And because it was night time when we got it, all doors inside where scratched and car had scratches all over and leather seats worn . They all treated us like trash and were very racist. My husband and I told them that this was misrepresentation by misleading us and having us sign that we were declining the restocking $500 fee form, when it was not even check marked on the paperwork. All we wanted was to pay $500 and get the *** out of there because we already had a beautiful deal at the Honda dealership with professionals and got a cheaper payment and a brand new 2015 Honda. THEY ALL MADE ME CRY SO MUCH AT THE DEALERSHIP AND EVERY BODY WAS NOTICING HOW BAD MY HUSBAND AND I SITUATION WAS. They had the power to help us specially the General Manager Max Brown, but they rather have bad reviews and have clientele unhappy than helping customers and getting referrals from customer's wonderful experiences regardless if they buy or not.
