I received 4 letters non- payment of rent and utilities amount of $1,756.60 amount that I don't owe, I paid $600 dollars to avoid eviction or legal actions against me, I'm on a fixed income recipients on disability receiving SSI benefits, I've experienced Racism, intimidated, Negligence, lack of maintenance Services, and taken Advantage of my Disability, Race and National origin, I was placed on a designated area away from other residents without choice

Management from the westwood plaza apartments changed the composition of rent and utilities amount of money$142-$172 without notice from SAHA, constantly harass me for back pay rent that I don't owe of increased to $1.756.60 by 01/26/22 or treaten to eviction or legal actions against me, I'm a disabled minority living in a fix income, SSI benefits recipients, Fraud was committed, I've experienced Racism intimidated, lack of maintenance Services, placed on a designated area away from other residents.

Negligence and rats infestation in my apartment 1805 maintenance services departments, maintenance constantly harass me asking me for back pay rent that I don't owe and change the composition of rent amount from $142 - $172 taken advantage of my disability and neglect against My race, I was forced to live on a secluded place on isolation away from other residents without choice, I am being violated.

I have requested an early release prior to move out by March 31st 2022 ,but still waiting for my housing voucher and no progress has been done, it was assigned to a Case worker ms chequita chase, I have been adnored and taken advantage of and been unfairly treated, I called several times but no progress has been done, they might be misused of funds.

Was assigned to a Case worker ms chequita chase concerning my housing voucher to move out since November 29 202, but no progress has been done, I need to move out before time expires on March 31st 2022 it's Time consuming please email me back as soon as possible. It's happened to me twice. Not enough parking stops. SAHA did not inform me about the parking situation about the parking situation. Even up to now they still haven't reimburse me, NOTHING.

I got behind on my rent. my bank and all other things. But I do appreciate that the Marie McGuire management gave me a payment plan but still never reimburse the money I spent to get my vehicle out of the pound. They give you a parking sticker.
