Verified Reviewer |Very poor service Samsung spare part
Samsung Philippines refuses to give me the manufacturer reference for a part to repair an air conditioner. Consequently, I had to buy an LG brand air conditioner, which is of much higher quality and has many more functions than Samsung.
Preferred solution: I would like to have the Samsung part number I need.

Extremely poor quality
We purchased oven, microwave, and refrigerator several years ago. Microwave blew up first year and had to be replaced.
Warranty on refrigerator had technician replace ice maker in refrigerator 2 the same year with refrigerator being replaced now as ice maker quit again.
Yesterday I used self cleaning feature on oven and door locked and led screen turned black. I will NEVER buy a Samsung appliance again!!!

Broken Screen
The first phone call I made, as soon as I said I needed a new screen replacement, the lady hung up on me. On the second call I made, a guy answered and for the price they gave me for a new lcd screen replacement, I could just go buy a brand new one with a warranty. $549 for a 34 screen, really?
- Ripoffs do not need to be in business
Preferred solution: A free 34” gaming monitor since they thought they could scam me

I need to know the exact type of plug I need for my GalaxyAO3s so I can charge my phone. You would expect to have the means to charge your phone when you purchase it- now you can't even presume you've been supplied with the bare minimum.

Verified Reviewer |Trying to schedule warranty repair
I was trying to get a replacement cover screen protector without voiding my warranty with Samsung.
I tried to set up appointment and then the page wouldn't except it. Asking for serial and Imei , along with purchase receipt which I couldn't forward from My Verizon App.
I was directed finally to repair appt .
And set that up for my return to Spokane. I will wait for a confirmation. I did AA assistance on some things in the beginning. I don't know if pages were failing due to wifi or bad Verizon connection.
The (link), I was given went direct after I plugged in my IMEI # . I then could set up my appointment. I WILL WAIT FOR MY TEXT CONFIRMATION AND REMINDER. Never received.
Called Dealer with my appointment and non was scheduled.
Rescheduled with them and still do not have a confirmation. Now I'm getting mad.

I re-ordered a water filter on May 10 and unlike previous orders for the same item which was shipped to me within a couple of days, no shipment notice has been sent, 10 days later. Every effort has been made to contact customer service online and there has been no response.
In addition, the 800 number for customer service put me on hold for 1 hour when I was timed out. notunaunaccunaccpunacceptable..acceptable!

Verified Buyer |Defected piece
I received the defected product by flipkart i am facing this problem before more the 10 day but no one guide me how to replace or refund it and I am not satisfied with flipkart or samsung brand.
