When I called they stated they could not help, they didn’t even try. When I went through my debit receipt they magicly found it.

Customer service is no help. Still no resolution to other lost gift cards.

I have purchased gift cards via Samsung pay. Little did I know that they disappear. Over $150 worth. They can't or won't help. I found the original email for one card and got some money back. However, they would not help in any way without a receipt. It's all dove via the app. All I had was a month and year. I had to go through my debit card statements then the info magically appeared at Samsung stay away from Samsung pay.

User's recommendation: Don’t use Samsung pay to buy gift cards.
