Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I continued to ask for more senior representatives. Finally, I got my order placed and we received the phone.

I went to the Samsung site and tried to order an S24+. When the receipt came, I noticed they had put a Galaxy Ultra S24 on my receipt.

Thinking that this phone got on my order by mistake, I cancelled the order. I tried to reorder two additional times and each time, I selected S24+ and each time, their system changed it to the Ultra model. I then talked to their "expert help" and they created a cart for me with the model I wanted. I completed the order with my credit card and received a purchase receipt.

About 5 minutes later, I got a "your order was cancelled due to a problem with your credit card" notice from them. I looked at my credit card account online and could see that the payment was pending FOR PAYMENT. It had not been rejected by my credit card company. I went through the reorder process yet again with a different credit card but with the same results - it was also not rejected by my credit card company.

Once again, I called back but this time I spoke to a different help person who suggested that I use Paypal to purchase and who acknowledged that their website had "some difficulties." I purchased again using my Paypal and received a notice from Paypal that my transaction had been successful. Finally, I thought the order had been placed when I got an order acknowledgement from Samsung. Thirty minutes later, lo and behold, I got ANOTHER CANCELLATION saying the same thing - "couldn't process your payment." That was blatantly untrue! Paypal showed the transaction as a successful purchase and it was pending on my Paypal linked credit card.

I think Samsung either did not want to presell the S24+ because it was lower priced, or they don't have any to ship out and that is why they kept cancelling my order. If they didn't have the phone, then they should have given a rain check - not made me sit there for three hours trying to order a phone they had no intention of fulfilling. Next time I need to buy a phone, I will not purchase a Samsung. What a shoddy organization.

I have no idea if the other phone type orders actually went through, but I think this is definitely false advertising to let customers think they can buy at a preorder price on a Galaxy S24+ and then not deliver the goods at the price that they claimed.

There was NO problem with either of my two credit cards nor my paypal payment. It was just bull and they had no intention of delivering a phone to me.

Preferred solution: I want the preorder Galaxy S24+ phone that I tried to order 4 times at the $449.99 price they promised I could buy the phone for.

User's recommendation: Don't bother trying to preorder a Samsung S24+. It is just a waste of time.

Samsung Microwave

The two little lights underneath the microwave tried to find them in all stores even the ones that sell Samsung appliances no you have to buy them through their company the same little lights for other microwaves are around two for $16.95 they want $16.95 apiece plus shipping and handling so check before you buy any Samsung products what a rip off

Samsung tv will not hold picture brightness setting

I think the email I have just sent goes some way to explain the problem. This is the most recent email of several in response to being told that I must fix the problem. The trouble is that what I am told to do does not work. All Samsung have to do is send an engineer to fix it because they have already told me that it is a known software problem. What are they doing still selling these tv's when they know there is a problem. See last email as follows:- I am just being fobbed off. I have contacted your supplier Darty and after a while the phone was just put down. They do not appear to have an email address by which the matter can be discussed and resolved. In any case why am I having to do the running around when the problem is caused by your faulty product. This is now a formal complaint so you must escalate this problem to find a solution. As a customer I am not interested in issues which you have accepted is the fault of your company which you want to resolve by asking me to deal with it. I have a problem with your product, you have accepted that the fault with the software is already known by you and therefore it is very reasonable of me to expect you to fix it. I now want to hear directly from a director with an explanation as to why the after sales customer service is so poor from both you and your supplier. In the meantime and with urgency I expect you to organise an engineer to visit and carry out the simple fix which you say is available. I do not and will not accept the current position which is all on record. I do not accept the variances in training or any alleged differences in products in other countries. It is all Samsung an International corporation issue and we are in the EU. So please stop giving me the run around and find a way of dealing with it not a way of not dealing with it by finding a person who can. I will also be seeking compensation for wasting my time, the disappointment and loss of enjoyment.
