Resolved: Non-delivery of order

Update by user Jan 20, 2022

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The next call i received was from the courier company advising that they had booked delivery for New Years Eve. Both the washing machine and dryer are installed and running fine. After waiting for so long for delivery I hope that there is never a service problem as i have heard that the service backup is just as bad.

Ordered a new Washing Machine & Dryer on 24/11/21. Was told that the delivery would take place on 6/12/21 or there about. Have made numerous phone calls to call center. Scripted answers only, which tell us that the shipment has gone to the Courier company. Obtained Con notes, but Courier Company tells us the Con notes given are not for us and are not the correct products. That they have searched by name and product codes and do not have a delivery for us. Have tried to email as well, but email response is to ring 1300 number. To date, absolutely no resolution or escalation!! At our wits end on how to proceed. It is getting to the stage where we will need to cancel this order. Have serious doubts about

User's recommendation: Serious doubts about the customer service of Samsung Australia.

Samsung s8 purchased over 1year ago after update can't be unlocked by Samsung Australia

The phone did a auto update at night. In the morning I couldn't unlock my phone as no keyboard came on the screen Went to Telstra ( .my service provider) and they couldn't help. They tried. Went to Samsung service centre and they also couldn't help because it's not an Australian phone. Ended up having to buy another phone. I would like this Samsung unlocked so I can keep it as a spare John

I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator. Within a week the fridge broke down. It took two days to get a technician out only to be told that the motor had ceased. I then called the claim centre only to be told by a very unhelpful person that i would need to wait two weeks to get a replacement fridge. Will never purchase a Samsung again. Call centre were extremely useless and difficult to understand what was bring said. Poor customer service I say

Lack of suitable operation manual for Galaxy Ace 3

recenlty acquired a Galaxy Ace 3 phone with a tiny 10 page "user manual". The illustrations and instructions were useless for working out how to insert sim card. After an hour's google search I finally found an almost legible illustration of how to insert the sim card. The picture I found via google was very different to that in the supplied user manual which suggests the sim card sits on top of the aerial! Also very annoyed that if I want the entire user manual that apparently I have to register with Samsung online! Not something I want to do now we all know Samsung sells personal details to 3rd parties via their TVs.....

Disappointing phone

Phone was suggested as best phone for my upgrade, from iphone 5 which never had any problems with... I always have a cover on it and has not been dropped. Firstly had a charging problem which came down to a fautly battery which needed replacing! Secondly I placed screen down and it broke the lcd screen which cost $310 which no way should have broke, Thirdly phone is not recognizing usb or charging cords, phone wall port, computer or car, which is needing me to send away.. Seeems as though the phone is faulty or not as good as written and described about as I havent had trouble with phones before.

Faulty fridge, Samsung constantly stalling on repair and replace

French door fixed twice under warranty, then stopped working 4 months after final repair (3months statutory warranty expired). Samsung said they would fix, but nothing happened. After calling them up every two weeks (and spending hours on hold) for 6 weeks, they said they would replace the fridge (exchange) or refund us a pro rata amount. We opted for the refund as the Samsung experience was terrible (If the matter was dealt with promptly we would gladly have had an exchange). We filled out the forms, and after 4 weeks heard nothing, we called, they said they needed proof that we paid GE in full for the fridge. 3 weeks later they sent a dispute resolution form which we sent that same day. 3 weeks later they say the form wasnt fillled out correctly but couldnt say where we didnt fill out properly. They are terrible to deal with. NEVER EVER BUY SAMSUNG

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

SAMSUNG – WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE IN AUSTRALIA April 2013 I purchased Samsung refrigerator. From the time it was delivered, it was obvious that there was manufacturing fault with the unit. The internal cabinet was distorted resulting in the shelves falling out whenever they were moved. The refrigerator was assessed by the repair agent in Newcastle and the details passed to Samsung who subsequently agreed the replace the unit. The problem is that I cannot get through to Samsung to organise time and date to deliver the replacement. On the 18th July, for example l spent over an hour of the phone with no result. Four calls to the so called customer 1300 number, each with same result; I speak to the first consultant who looks up the file and then says it need to referred it to a resolution office. My call is transferred and then after about 10 minutes, a recorded message says say you are too busy to take my call, ring back later and the line drops out. Today on my final call, I requested that someone from Samsung ring me back after 4 pm. No one rang me... On 19th July I finally got through to the resolution department and was advised that my replacement refrigerator would arrive within 7 to 10 working days, 11 working days later no refrigerator and no contact from Samsung so I r rang them. Samsun promised to rig back within 30 minutes. Three hours later no return call. Samsungs service is so poor I would certainly avoid this company for all future purchases
