He will Rip you off and he is wanted in the state of Delaware. Do not fall for his shenanigans. He does poor work because he cannot do the work. He will come in your house to live and waste days being there and can't do anything. He will leave and never come back. Please do not become another one of his many victims. This guy is a criminal and should be ashamed of himself. His granddaughters work at Red Lobster in Lanham Maryland. He will sell you a *** story about he is retired military, but he is a pure {{Redacted}}.
