Poor business practice.

I do not understand why I was redirected to some kind of a subscription service called Just Answer and nearly charged $30 when all I wanted was to check on shipping charges. It seemed like an AI scam and I hung up. You have a good paint product but this business practice is terrible.

Why would I be charged $5.00 to ask a question when I'm going to spend $100? Also, why am I forced to communicate with you through a website called "Pissed Consumer"!? I WASN'T mad but I am now.

Sounded like a great service. I could not find one color I wanted out of around 16.

So I tried to call Samplize. NO DICE. Customer must go through a website titled "Pissed Consumer". How completely crass.

At the time I wasn't angry. I am furious now. Samplize wants $5.00 to call them. I don't care if it is refundable.

Absolutely asinine. The customer wants to spend $100 and Samplize wants $5.00 to answer a question.

This is what customer service has been reduced to in America. I am absolutely disgusted.

My issue was easily resolved / all is well ! I think the problem was with ordering from their website , not with the company itself.

Please help me! Today (4/7/23) at 1:pm ish I ordered 2 samples of Benjamin Moire Classic Gray .your website didnt confirm order the first time, so I tried again- now my bank said I actually purchased it twice.

I only want 2 of those samples , not 4 !!! Please call or confirm that you made the change in my order .
