To whom it might concern. I would like to notify you about charges that was made on my credit card account with services that has been canceled with Samcart since April 2024 . I am asking to reimburse me my funds that been charged with no permission for $239.00/ CAN $342.45, date December 4,2025, order # 1629**** from under account name Galkina Katerina

galkinakaterina@***.com Please see attached screen shot of my account and notice of cancellation .

I wiuld kindly appreciate for full reimbursement of those charges as I no longer needed services from you and was not expecting it to be charged to my credit card.

Jai du faire changer les informations sur mon compte car jai reçu une nouvelle carte Visa avec un nouveau numéro. Jai tenté de faire le changement et Samcart ne réussis pas à faire passer mon payement chez Visa.

Jai communiqué avec Visa au moins 3 fois pour vérifier si tout était en règle. On ma dit que le numéro de la vieille carte doit être changer pour la nouvelle.

Vous pourriez appeler au Service à la clientèle de Visa au 1-80*-***-**** pour avoir plus dinfo sur mon compte au nom de Lorraine L Lepage 21 rue des Artisans, Sté-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, Québec, G3N 2N5

Why was I billed???????

I have heard nothing. They did have another email that for awhile I was locked out of.

I never agreed to $144 being taken out.

They do not email me anything. I will check that email but as of 2 days ago nothing

I looked at my bank account. I was charged $144 and I have no idea what for.

Money is tight for me and I know I would not get anything for over $100.

That money needs to be deposited back into my account. All $144.

I have received no emails and no contacts from anyone so far.

I visited SamCart in 2021, and I thought about using their services. I paid a small fee, however I did not follow up with the use of their services and I never started an account or website.

2 years later in 2023 SamCart takes 349.00 out of my account without authority or permission or consent. I have not used their services, and they have no authorization to take money from me.

They stole from me

I authorized a payment of $37 a training course. The next day I logged into my Paypal account & saw that they took $197 & then an additional $97 as well as the $37.

There is no possible way to get a hold of a human, your options are email & the response from email is a standard template from an autoresponder. That goes on all day for 2 days straight. Then there's fb messenger & you guessed it, another bot that will allow you to press 1 2 or 3 and that's all it's got. I then decided to go ahead and log into the live webinar that I paid $331 for but only authorized $37 (the ol bait n switch) because I thought well I'll ask them to get me someone from billing on the live webinar.

Of I asked over and over, they never once acknowledged me.

I did see at least 2 people that were doing the same thing, they had the same thing happen to them. Then I saw someone else say that he was on the same webinar the day before & it was recorded, it was live even though they had a big flashing red sign that said "Live." This company is a joke, beware, run fast if you see their ad.

Auto Renewal Scam

I bought a course for USD10, discovered it wasn't useful and forgot about it. One year later they USD120 out of my account.

Although I contacted them promptly, they refused to refund my money. They have done the same or similar to lots of other consumers, in fact it it is an important part of their business plan to make people pay far more than they normally would for a product.

The person was nice but a bit misleading, the policy of billing without notice is BAD. The SamCart customer person was positive and upbeat and encouraging.

The bottom line is the return of the monies. That would be fair
