Hi, I was given a gift of a Sam villa curling iron . I have used it maybe 10 times and the metal part that holds the piece of the curling iron together just randomly fell off and I can no longer use this $130 curling iron.
I can send a picture for proof. Do you reimburse or send a new one for customers who experience this?
