Billing Incompetence

How does a $160 turn into a $630 lawsuit? Just ask Saltzer Medical Group, Collection Bureau, Inc., and Mark L. Clark, PLLC. of Nampa. They would be happy to explain that they both, charge clients for services they do not receive, and mismanage records when clients call to pay the bill telling them repeatedly that nothing is owing. Then, supposedly two years later, said client is now delinquent and being sued! Congratulations Saltzer Medical Group and support company's for being Idaho's largest scam in customer service!

I forgot another episode with dr Richardson, I was in his office 3 weeks ago for med check and go to a surgeon. He said go downstairs and get x-rays. Never said by or anything to let me know not to come back so I though he was going to send me to surgery. So I went back up to get shots in my neck. I was worried about the x-rays because of the first knee was sent to physical therapy. So I needed to talk to him about a surgeon. He meanly said I don't have time for this. I'm backed up here. So I said u don't have time, I grabbed my coat and he just looked at me and said lay down. He was supposed to sent me to surgery. Haven't hear anything back from anyone. I'm sitting here waiting to go in withdrawals because dr Eric Richardson forgot to call in my script. This is Saturday I will be in full on withdrawals by Monday because there's no back up doc. No this is not resolved far from it

I saw Dr Richardson 3 weeks ago for mess check and surgery for my knees. He sent me downstairs to x-ray, I got nervous so I went back up to the Dr and said I needed my neck shots and talk about my knees.

So I payed down on the table and he said I don't have time for you, rudely, I'm so busy. I jumped up and said you don't have time for this and grabbed my coat he looked at me and said lay down, I did and left. He was supposed to have someone call me physical or surgery. Haven't hear a word.

I thought our appointment was still going on when he sent me to x-ray. He never said goodbye or see you next time, nothing

My doctor at Saltzer never sends refill to my drug store and puts me in withdrawals. I have been with him 5 years and he tried to blame it on my pharmacy. Finally after years I changed pharmacy and he's still doing it. I had surgery on 1 knee and my other was killing me so instead of send me to a surgeon he insisted I go to physical therapy. They injured my knee and sent me to a surgery dr. He said I needed knee operation. I oped for the small surgery. Three years later and I need tram plants and he wants to send me to physical therapy again. He makes me nervous when I see him, I do not think he knows what's going on with my health. He thinks x-rays can tell if you need surgery. I came in one time when he did not send my mess to pharmacy, I was withdrawing from tramidol bad and a mean nurse came out, I told her about the pharmacy says he never received order. I told her the pharmacy said it's his fault. So I needed to know where the problem was. She was rude and yelling in the waiting room in front of many people. I was in withdraws and told her I need to know where the problem so I can fix it, she kept yelling. This is dr Eric Richardson in nampa.

Saltzer Medical Group just cares about your money not your health!

I have seen several diffrent doctors in the Saltzer Medical Group for various diffrent things, and the one thing most all of them have in common is the true passion for your money! My original primary care physician reffered me to a Ear nose and throat doctor because I had reoccuring sinus infections (diagnosed by them), and the Ear nose and throat doctor, when I went to see him pretty much called me a liar! Refused to help me with my issues and Still charged me! Various other doctors I have seen refused to listen about all my symptoms and pretty much acted as if I was wasting their time, but when it came down to paying my bill they were right there. This has happend to me too many times with diffrent doctors, so I cant just say its a "bad seed". I firmley belive that its the way they run their practice, and I will angrily stand by that!

I was paying on a 150.00 bill with them for my son and im guessing because I was paying enough or fast enough they sent me a letter with no explaination other than, we will no longer treat this paitent at any of our clinics ...... pretty told me donmt come back.....

all of my imediate family and extended family go to saltzer but nlt now! Talk about money hungry and only out for themselves................

needless to say I have to find a new family doctor and re establish somewhere else........ 20 years of patronage down the toilet for what a balance due of 60 dollars.

what is wrong with them completing their practice by building their own imaging center? I've seen many of their doctors for years and have gotten nothing but exceptional care.

Agree completely. They are first and foremost concerned with making money.

They built their own imaging center just for that purpose. Too bad.
