I ordered on September 26 they sent a it’s on the way on October 2 with a tracking number. Every time I am tracking the number the label is not created. There’s no phone number to contact them

I paid $130 for items I have not yet to receive when I order two weeks ago received the email five days ago saying its on its way but every time I checked the tracking number the label is created it has not even been shipped out yet Tuesday will be two weeks since I ordered and they do not do refunds so if I dont get the items this week, then I will be disputing with my bank to get my money back and well never order from them again, heads up people

User's recommendation: I would not purchase from them anymore community. Patient is horrible. There’s no phone number to even contact customer service and they don’t even email you back they don’t care.

I Do Not Recommend Anyone to Shop with Saltxo.com

I purchased 2 bars of soap on 10/25/2019 and the items were shipped to me on 11/11/19 while I was away on vacation. I came home to a note from USPS advising me my mailbox was small so my mail would be held. I went to pick up my mail only to find my package was sent back to shipper. Who said I would need to pay $8.50 due to insufficient address. My address is correct and I still have no response on a refund
