- - There was no help; emails and calls were unanswered.
- - They wanted a resolution and a refund, and they wanted to buy directly from the website.
I did not get any help at all. No one answered my email.
No one answered his phone call. I know nothing about how to get my problems resolved to see what can help me or see if I can get my money back from the subscription because I don't want any subscription for this product.
I just wanted to buy it straight from the website. I don't need any subscription at all.

Have a real phone number or quickly answer my email! I waited for someone to talk to me on the chat line and nobody ever showed up there The phone number took me to UPS so that was a bogus number so from there I guess with disabrogas company that bogus Lee took my money off my card if you don't give me some kind of answer

I ordered on September 26 they sent a it’s on the way on October 2 with a tracking number. Every time I am tracking the number the label is not created. There’s no phone number to contact them

I paid $130 for items I have not yet to receive when I order two weeks ago received the email five days ago saying its on its way but every time I checked the tracking number the label is created it has not even been shipped out yet Tuesday will be two weeks since I ordered and they do not do refunds so if I dont get the items this week, then I will be disputing with my bank to get my money back and well never order from them again, heads up people

I purchased 2 bars of soap on 10/25/2019 and the items were shipped to me on 11/11/19 while I was away on vacation. I came home to a note from USPS advising me my mailbox was small so my mail would be held.
I went to pick up my mail only to find my package was sent back to shipper.
Who said I would need to pay $8.50 due to insufficient address. My address is correct and I still have no response on a refund
