Took deposit and never showed up

I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Frank told them he would settle with me.

They closed the case. Frank won’t follow through.

Gave them a deposit of over $5000. He did not deliver product or do any work. He refuses to refund the deposit,

Paid deposit received nothing

Saltillo Tile USA - Paid deposit received nothing
Frank Gonzalez is the owner of Saltillo Tile USA, McAllen Tx. He came to our house on 3/17/2021 to present an estimate to replace all the tile in our house. He was very nice and told a good story about his company. I made a deposit of $5500.00. Then the trouble began, it was a never ending series of excuses and delays. To this date I have received nothing except excuses. I did not know the rules in TX about making a deposit he did. As a result with no start date on the invoice I am powerless. He took my money knowing he would never perform. As it turns out I am not the first.
