terrible company. Liers.
fist salesman (Brian Albany) lied. said stairs couldnt be deliverd down a narrow road infront of my cabin. I even have the email. When the delivery company refused and said would leave on side of road, I called the company.
Sent emails. Eventually they said they would refund me. (Got email). Two months later when I asked several times where is my refund.
I was told the Are reducing refund $600 for restocking fee/shipping. Outrageous Liers!

Salter Spiral Stairs unsafe and defective stairs
Salter Spiral stairs sold me defective stairs. They were wobbly and unsafe.
Salter Spiral stairs customer refused to give a refund. Installing the stairs wasn't easy as claims and parts were missing. Salter Spiral stairs customer service were rude and unhelpful. Salter Spiral stairs were not as advertised.
Salter Spiral staircase was WOBBLY, UNSAFE and defective. I will never buy a spiral staircase from Salter Spiral staircase. The installation was hard and not as advertised. Salter Spiral stair customer service did not even want to help with the installation and answering questions.
Parts were MISSING. The package arrived late.
They promised delivery than shipped it late. I will never buy a spiral staircase from them again.
