I have just purchased your mega stone 3 piece pan set and on arriving home and unpacking the items the large pan is badly misshaped and lid will not fit. I cannot return to the store as it was purchased on a day out with a friend and is 30 miles away and I do not drive.
Please advise as to what can be done. Thank you mrs Firth

SCALES NEVER WORKED.I WAS COOKING FOR A DIABETIC,SO WEIGHTS HAD TO BE EXACT,TOOK ME SOME TIME TO REALIZE THE SCALES VARIED DRASTICALLY. I'D LOST THE RECEIPT,WHEN I PHONED SALTER CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW.USELESS. COMPANY.
