I’ve just purchased a kitchen scales on trying to reheated it the page doesn’t exist.
Than tried Salter customer services uk but still unable to register my kitchen scales. Now moved to china

I have just purchased your mega stone 3 piece pan set and on arriving home and unpacking the items the large pan is badly misshaped and lid will not fit. I cannot return to the store as it was purchased on a day out with a friend and is 30 miles away and I do not drive.
Please advise as to what can be done. Thank you mrs Firth

SCALES NEVER WORKED.I WAS COOKING FOR A DIABETIC,SO WEIGHTS HAD TO BE EXACT,TOOK ME SOME TIME TO REALIZE THE SCALES VARIED DRASTICALLY. I'D LOST THE RECEIPT,WHEN I PHONED SALTER CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW.USELESS. COMPANY.

Production fault with Heston scales
Salter were grateful for me letting them know about the batch production problem but would not send me a faultless set of scales as I purchased from John Lewis. I could buy a new set from them (but would need to pay £5 more).

Salter, They were very helpful and very efficient in resolving my problem. They replaced my faulty scales with new ones, within a week of the raised problem , under the 15 years guarantee service.

Frying pans and wok lost their nonstick, had for less than 2 years, they have a 10 year guarantee keep receipts in a safe place as I mislaid mine for a while.

I purchased 4 marble coated frying pans, guaranteed for 10 years. Within 6 months the coating was flaking off. The retailer didn't want to know and the company are anonymous.
