Visited salt grass store 1700 knightdale NC , Manager Timothy Our first time visiting Saltgrass ! I was a total disaster ! The friend I was with had just lost a family member we needed a place to eat and talk . Who knew it had been 3 hours but who was counting but Timothy the manager. We ordered drinks and food and just talking. The manager Timothy came over and said sorry ladies but we have a reservation that is need of a booth I was applaud that a manager would try and put us out of a restaurant because he had a reservation. There were plenty other tables/booths for him to seat the other guest ! So of coarse me and the manager had words ! That was a very poor call on his part ! He finally came back and said I told them to sit them some where else Timothy was VERY unprofessional ! How does he know we didnt want more food or more drinks ! We had already ordered 3 drinks and food ! First impressions are last impressions! I feel it was racial profiling at its best ! I will never go to this restaurant ever again ! User's recommendation: Never to go to this restaurant if you are of color

I came in and waited dam near 35 min then people came in 35 min after me and my family and just cause they were VIP the where able to jump the line I don't care about a VIP I believe everyone is a VIP if they are spending their money and I want eat saltgrass because of that don't have a receipt didn't stay went to Joe's crab shack
User's recommendation: Don't go if your not VIP.
You were there three hours. Open your own restaurant and make your own rules.
No one cares. You don’t matter to anyone.
