WEBSITE IS MISLEADING
I had signed a contract on March 27th 2019 for a wedding on October 17th 2020 under the false pretenses that I would be provided with basic catering glassware, flatware, china and napkins to accommodate my 75 guests. Their website had clearly stated they provided these item.
When I had reached out to the venue again I was then informed on Wednesday, September 25th that they had “lost” their inventory and would no longer be able to accommodate my 75 guests.
I would have to rent my items elsewhere. When I then asked for a refund because I was lead to believe I would be provided these items they had rudely informed me that my deposit was non-refundable.
