I have contacted Salt and Stone multiple times over the past 3 days about a $500+ order and nobody has helped resolve my issue. I've sent multiple emails. This was my first large purchase with this company and I won't ever order from them again given their lack of customer service.

I think it is ridiculous that the company cannot take the product back, just because I no longer have the original box it came in . The product should not be reused or sold again anyway. I will not purchase any more products from this company, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
