Overcharged for storage

An over seas shipment came in to Salson Logistics. We were given and paid for the up front charges. When the YRC truck line went into pick up the shipment, Salson claimed they couldn't find or locate the goods, even though another part of the shipment was already picked up by our other customer. When the trucking company went back a second time, Salson claimed that they couldn't release it because of monies owed for storage charges. We finally had to wire them over $750 to get our goods released. YRC has docummentation of all the pick up attempts they made but Salson still refuses to refund the money back.
