Messed up hair, as of today, no refund

On Tuesday 8/31/2011, I had an appointment with Salon Pure. Since it was approximately 9pm when I was leaving the salon, I did not notice how bad my color was until the next day and people at my work were telling me my hair was messed up. I questioned the $35.00 extension consultation fee charge at checkout. It was after closing and only two people (stylist & receptionist) were there, so there was no manager on duty for me to confirm this with. I reluctantly signed the receipt (but wished I was have raised heck. On Thursday 9/1, I called Salon Pure and spoke to Sharon, told her my color was blonde on top and dark on the bottom, my hair was cut 4 inches instead of 1-2 (as agreed upon), and I was charged a $35.00 consultation fee that I was not told about up front. I told her I did not want my hair fixed by the salon after they had already messed it up once, and I would have another independent stylist fix it on Friday 9/2. Sharon OFFERED to give me a full refund, took my credit card number, and said the $170.00 refund would post to my account in 3-5 business days. A little later that day on 9/1, I received a voicemail from Sharon (I still have recorded) saying that the owner wanted to fix my hair for free and that she could see me that day at 4pm, but they would still refund me, and the owner would call me on Friday 9/2. Since I did not want the salon to fix my hair, and they said they would refund me anyways, I did not call Sharon back. I waited a full 5 business days, and there was no refund. I called Salon Pure, and spoke to Sharon again on Monday 9/12. Sharon was contradictatory: she said she "didn't have the authority to refund a credit card." That was not what I was told on 9/1. I asked to speak to the owner again. I was told the owner would call me on 9/13. On 9/13, Sharon called me and said they would refund the "color portion only" and took my cc# again. I challenged this since they already said they would refund the full amount. Today is 9/15 & I have received no refund and no call from the owner.
