Terrible service, terrible attitude of management
My hair was not styled properly so I came in the follow day to have this corrected. I was blamed for being confused about what style I wanted which is NOT the case.
The issue is they dont know what theyre doing! I was scheduled with Kyra but their manager KIMORA jumped in and started sewing tracks into the front of my hair sloppily. The entire front was covered with NO MIDDLE PART as I requested. She couldnt figure out how do a full sew in AND leave a part.
Its not hard. My hair looked HORRIBLE. I had to wait 7 hours for them to fix it. I will never come back!
Everybody is the manager but none of them know how to make a part! And they play loud music with lewd lyrics the entire visit.
