Horrible customer service
I ordered a pair of snowboard boots, size 10. The box I received said size 10, the boot was an 8.
I called CS and they told me I had to return the item for a credit then order a new pair. They could just send me the correct pair. They also offered me expedited shipping and a discount on my next order, but was told these cant be used on the boots. They also told me a manager would call me back and gave me a specific time.
No call back. I called CS. I was put on a brief hold, 10 minutes, and was told that they are too busy to call me. I was heated because at this point I was mad and not at my friendliness mood.
I listened to the cs rep give me all of the same canned answers as the other rep and when I went to speak my concerns he put me on hold/hung up on me. I called back and he acted all apologetic saying the call dropped.
All I wanted was a replacement boot, but they dont care about their customer. Really disappointed.

Hi Salomon. Since you've been ignoring me this last week, you owe me 360 euros from two pairs that I bought.
One with wrong sized that I returned immediately and an order that you cancelled (but accepted the payment). It's been a month I'm waiting. Youe customer service/logistics is the worst thing I've experienced. Yesterday I waited 40 minutes.
Today I'm 30 minutes on the phone and counting. No answering. How can you be such a big brand with such a poor service? Give me my money back!!!

my order was 46 $ for a shoes and Backpack.
Is there any way to get a reply from this company?
i searched on the web about there address, it seems they are in France, but no other details, i hope that i can contact the manager to let him know how bad is it when you don't reply to the messages.
