Worst experience ever
Hi Salomon. Since you've been ignoring me this last week, you owe me 360 euros from two pairs that I bought. One with wrong sized that I returned immediately and an order that you cancelled (but accepted the payment). It's been a month I'm waiting. Youe customer service/logistics is the worst thing I've experienced. Yesterday I waited 40 minutes. Today I'm 30 minutes on the phone and counting. No answering. How can you be such a big brand with such a poor service? Give me my money back!!! Do something. This is embarrassing.i do

No complaints at all. Your rep Ian was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer a number of my questions. If your shoes are as good as Ian was at helping me, you have a customer for life.

PAGE NOT FOUND We are sorry, but..
I'm trying to track my order since 19th of Sep. 2018 and contacted there customer service many times, no reply :( when i try to track my order this is what appears to me: PAGE NOT FOUND We are sorry, but the page you are looking for cannot be found. Go back to home page it's a shame that such a company don't care about there customers. i did some complains on the web, hope to get some answers. my order was 46 $ for a shoes and Backpack. Is there any way to get a reply from this company? i searched on the web about there address, it seems they are in France, but no other details, i hope that i can contact the manager to let him know how bad is it when you don't reply to the messages.
