I shop at Ross ALL the time...its my go to store. I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit well around the ankle so brought them back.
I thought I had the receipt but it was the wrong one. They wanted to give me .49 cents for the shoes, never worn!!! I bet after returning them, they wouldn't be .49 on the shelf!
In all the years I've faithfully shopped at Ross, I have NEVER found womens leather shoes for .49 much less $2.00. I'm very disappointed. And I was just exchanging, I didn't even ask for money back....

I’m very disappointed the Marshall at mount Prospect. The white gloves in the picture is mine, which I bought for $5.99 and the black gloves I haven’t bought yet and there telling me it’s a different price because it has a sensor.
I been shopping with you since you open.

An item on the sale rack was tagged half off its original amount, however the manager on duty would not honor it...she then went on to accuse a previous customer of switching the price tag. Unfortunately as a consumer it is not my responsibility to assume the price is incorrect and should have been accommodated as so.
It’s against Maryland consumer laws not to honor a price on the sales floor.
The manager never apologized for the mishap just simply shunned me away. I had several items to purchase and frequent this particular location often but after today will not.

The manager Carlos was extremely rude. I had difficulty understanding the pricing and added interest, and when asking for clarification he raised his voice, turned around and ignored me.
He refused to help. I asked him if he was the manager and if this is how managers treat customers, he began to insult me as if I am incompetent.
