kevin held a Clearwater estate and offered a outdoor stlye hot tub@ indoor location. I was offered The tub 4 days before the start of his sale .he described over the phone that the tub was in like new working condition.

I also asked him if there was a patio door to remove the tub out of the house.he stated there is a access built to remove it. Got to the house and no access at all .He & the owners son directed me to cut *** in the wall for removal.The owners son started demo inside taking down the t&g wainscoat,And I worked outside. friend of the owners brought a fork lift to the site to lift the tub out and load to my trailer , kevin paid this guy with beerstiens out from behind the bar. After the owners son & daughter and fork lift operator helped me load the tub on my trailer the operator ask the son what he was going to do about the hole in the wall.

He stated not my problem ,its the Banks problem . Must be Another Bank repo ?? when the tub was moved water standing on the floor .Tub had been drained and wiped dry. Also found box of tub plumbing replacement supplies for repairs to the tub in a different room will looking for electrical disconnect.

Got Tub Back to my loction Filled it and wired it .Needs A new control board And plumbing work. Called Kevin & E-mailed With no return calls. Called my Bank And Put Stop payment on my check.. Now he is threating Me with damages to His clients Wall .Also has contacted My clients with ball faced lies .

I bought This site unseen using his Credibility And his statement looks like its never been used ,like new working condition.

All work was directed By Kevin & Owners son.offered new check less repairs. he continues on with the threats.

In October 2012 Sales by Kevin held an estate sale for my mother's belongings in her condo in St. Paul.

He reported sales of over $9000 to us. He also took her gold jewelry to the refinery. Kevin never paid us. He does not return phone calls or emails.

We have reported him to the BBB, the Attorney General's Office and filed in small claims court against Sales by Kevin. As if stealing from us wasn't enough he used 23 photos of the sale on his facebook page to recruit new sales.

The man has nerve. His house has been foreclosed on, he is driving a van with the bumper tied on.

This company held an Estate Sale for my Mother moving out of her house. Spoke with me one week after sale, stating he would be sending itemized list and check for $1500.00.

Never saw it and now refused phone calls and emails.

Police won't to anything, BBB couldn't do anything.

I have contacted numerous agencies, and no one seems to be able to or care to doing anything about this company ripping off he elderly.

I could go to small claims court, but I would be on the losing end by paying all the court and serving fees, only to have him still refuse to pay judgement. There's no enforcement of the court ruling.
