Salad and Go

Quality, customer service and quantity of the products at this location are getting worse and worst. I have often found plastic in my salad and wraps, each time I go to this location for the last 8 months or so the salads and wraps are getting smaller. I've only visited this location about 3 times tops in last 6 months for these very reasons. I purchased a salad last night go home and opened it and literally the lettuce was a 1/4 full, the two packs of dressing was literally sitting on each side flat and level with the content of the salad. The toppings were very small in quantity and some of them were not the topping that comes on the salad that I ordered and no I didn't not ask for alterations or substitutions. The sweet potatoes were extremely mushy hardly no chicken. The entire salad filled the container 1/2 in depth. All of the other 3 location I now visit in Fort Worth and Arlington are level with the rim of the container and the ingredients are fresh as well as I have never eaten plastic when patroning the other location let a long it being a norm when visiting this location. I work in the hospital district and a lot of my coworkers workers and I frequently came to this location for lunch,, now the vast majority of us just wait until we get off work and visit another location near home or purchase it the prior day at another location to have for lunch. This review is long overdue and I hope for change because Salad and Go really is a great establishment as a whole. User's recommendation: Do not visit this location
