'Sold us a vehicle & never delivered the title [ Was it stolen? ]
Used car sales "person" & Russian Orthodox "Pastor" Dwayne Orrs is a very, very special little man. The words "nasty, dishonest & extremely greedy" may well apply here. No wonder that he wears a concealed firearm around his mid-section. Apparently, his building was vandalized when a few of his former customers didn't like being cheated. Remember carefully that if he's selling you anything which costs over $500 dollars, his phony promises that everything will work on your vehicle at the time of delivery are worth absolutely nothing....unless you get it in writing. The poor, the elderly and the uneducated should watch their backs here. Frankly, if you really dislike someone, this is the place where you should send them. The Town of Buxton may be maintaining a public nuisance by permitting him to continue scamming people.
