These people are thieves! Their clothes run very big.

Try to return something that you don't like or that doesn't fit & you get a message saying hmm..let's find you something that fits..not the exact words, but the exact meaning! I had no option to get my money returned, but only a credit to the store! They are way overpriced and are probably having financial difficulties is my guess. And, they have the nerve to say on the page "Your return, your way".

Are they for real?!

I am spreading this word far and wide. Avoid!!

According to the SHOP App, it has been processed and placed ready for delivery for several days with no further movement, despite your promise of 6-8 day delivery service. Please advise when I can expect delivery of this order.

Canadians - AVOID

I ordered a bag from S + S as a Canadian customer. The bag arrived defective - the hardware was all tarnished and the bag was stitched closed in a way that I couldn't even close it properly.

Trying to return this bag was so challenging.

When trying to return it provides different options - gift card, clothing credit and gift card, and not a direct return (with the conversion it was very confusing). I had to contact customer support who told me that they were sorry but if I wanted a return and live in Canada, that I would have to pay for my own shipping back to the warehouse, ON A SEVERLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. She kept asking me if I wanted a new bag sent, even though I said wanted a refund. If I was a Canadian customer I would avoid this company at all costs.

Actually, the bag was a huge let down and I would suspect other products would be too, especially if you are a Canadian customer.

Also, the box came all ripped and dented. I'm sure they'll blame me and make me pay for that too.

Awful Service

I live in New York and ordered a coat. When it didnt arrive in the time it was supposed to, and since I was the one who paid for the shipping, I tried to call the company.

They dont answer the phone. I called their US number during business hours, no answer. I called their number in London during business hours, no answer. I tried several different times.

No answer. Ever.

Finally I emailed the company only to be told that they didnt know where my coat was and that I had to deal with Fed Ex myself. Fed Ex told me I had to deal with the company. Total run around and, again, no way to speak with someone at Saint + Sophia on the phone.

Finally the coat arrives 13 days later and its too big.

I am then told that in order to get my money refunded I have to ship it from my home to their warehouse in California at my expense. The cost to me was $40.

They connect you to service that takes your credit card and is a scam. It is impossible to return anything to saint and Sofia!

I have returned my order over 600£ and asked for a refund. They have sent me a gift card?

I will not be buying from them and want a refund as requested and my legal right. I have called customer services 10 times and after waiting several minutes it says that they are closed?!
