Purchased two bags, one had a slit in the back and content or still
- Customer service took my info and said a main office rep would call back.
- No offer to exchange for a non-damaged item.
Call customer service, try to resolve this issue, and customer service literally just took my information and said they have someone from the main office call me back. I don't understand, first of all.
I don't say I want Walmart. Couldn't just let me exchange the item for one that wasn't compromised; would’ve been such a big deal, but $13 for a small bag of snacks for I can 13 ounces over a dollar an ounce.
