No service on my phone from sage telecom in a week although bill paid

My phone went out on April 8th, 2015. I called my carrier which is Sage Telecom and reported the problem. As of today April 15, 2015 my phone is still not working. Every time I call Sage Telecom they tell me another lie about when someone is coming to fix my phone. So far they have given me 4 dates of when someone would be coming haven't seen or heard anything yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor on April 15, 2015 and was left on hold no one never came and answered the phone. They were very rude each time I called their technical support and just gave me another bogus date of when someone would be coming out, not to mention you can hardly understand what they are saying. My bill is due on the 11th of each month, I paid my bill early on April 3, 2015 due to that's when I get paid. I live with my son and we are both disabled and need our phone service and that was also explained to them. My phone has been off exactly a week now and they are now saying someone will be out on April 17, 2015. I doubt if they come even then which is 10 days after reporting to them that my phone was not working.

I been with sage for 8 years and as of today they cut my phone off after I paid it might I say early payment to find out they no longer do residential service and now I'm with out service and had been waiting for important calls this is an inconvenience for me the should have given me notice and a refund of my money since I'm not receiving service and they received my money I'm very ticked off!

Lack of customer service and long waits

I have been trying to solve a porting problem with a land line for some time. I found 1 person who was helpful, however when I had to make a "3rd party confirmation" I was cut off. I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours only to find that there was no one who could help. It is very common to wait for more than an hour to get through to someone who usually can't help and does not speek good english. When asked to leave a callback number no one ever calls back. The phone service is good once that the account is up and running, just there customer service and their web page login needs much work to come up to barely acceptable, Theyneed to hire many people to solve the long waits and conserted effort to fix the web page to match good customer service offered by many other companies.

Sage Telecom charging to send paper bill

Is anyone angry about the dollar or mor charge added to you telecom bill for them sending you a paper bill? This is asinine. Many consumers are barely managing to pay the for the service itself let alone the paper it is printed on. I am writing my representative and vigorously complaining about this travesty and I urge everyone else to do the same! We will continue to be trampled by big business as long as we remain silent and continue to utilize their services without complaint. It is unthinkable that these companies are allowed to continue the usurous practices that benefit only there greed.
