Sage Surfaces refused to warranty defective porcelain counters installed in my kitchen. The counters were horribly scratched- which shouldnt even happen with true porcelain!

Sage said my ONE MONTH WARRANTY was up, even tho the installer took several weeks to come to my house, take pictures, and contact Sage with the information! I had to pay another $4,000 to replace the counters myself.

Loss:
$4000
Cons:
  • No accountability
  • Defective product
  • Lies

Preferred solution: 50% REFUND

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY SAGE PRODUCTS
