AVOID AVOID AVOID. I cannot express this strongly enough.
The woman running this business claims to be a teacher as well as selling her products. She is NOT a teacher, and is NOT a mentor for anyone, least of all her facebook followers, nor are the products remotely reasonably priced. I was a member of her full moon ritual group and had been for several years, offering insights and help where I could, and began by learning much from other members. The minute I ask for help and clarification with my own work, she chose not only to not assist, she actively prevented me from getting the answers I needed from other members when she would not reply.
She does NOT respond to support messages on Facebook, for either her group pages or product pages, nor does she seem to care about anyone but herself. Very disappointing and hurtful for someone who claims to be in the business of helping and teaching others, when apparently that is a flat out lie.
Save yourself both the trouble and headache and go to a local shop near you and support them instead. Do not order online from this one, you will receive no consideration as their customer.
I am so very ashamed and and deeply, deeply disappointed in her and her business.
I will not be returning to her page, will no longer be purchasing her products in future, and will no longer ever recommend them to anyone else or to the women's circles I have locally. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to people who only wish to learn when she does not wish to teach.

This is not a complaint about the business. It is the complaint of a jaded Facebook user.
I do not believe this to be a fair or accurate claim. I shop with this business on a weekly average and have never received less than excellence in my dealings with them. Any issue would be promptly and politely cared for. This company prides itself on it's customer support team.
This complaint is unsubstantiated and full of entitlement and bitterness towards a Facebook Group. Not a single business/consumer complaint.
